Well, I did a crap job of inspecting this MH. Replaced the inside handle for the TV 
antenna. This is the one you use to crank the thing up/down. After attaching the new one I turned it to make sure it would not slip and to make sure the antenna went up. Felt ok so I go outside and look–no antenna.Great it’s stuck. Break out the ladder, climb up. Discover that it is not only stuck but the gear mechanism is basically destroyed as is the actual antenna itself. So add new antenna, replace antenna to the list of things to do.sigh.
